Podz Restricted Content and Businesses
Restricted Content
We want Podz App to be a positive experience for everyone. Podz is an acronym for Parcels.of Delight(z). This means creators’ Podz should aim to be delightful, engaging, informative, secular and fact-based. Each pod is like a mini-app. They can be funny, informative, moving, witty, beautiful, energetic or thoughtful.
We don't permit spam, misleading content, scams, trolling, slander, sexual content, promotion of extreme beliefs and attacks or violence towards individuals, groups of people or animals. Creators or users who breach these, and their related content/comments, will be removed from the platform as per our Terms of Use, that you agreed to when registering for the Podz platform.
Premium (paid) Podz that mislead customers by delivering incomplete content and/or requiring further payment - whether inside Podz or on another platform, are strictly forbidden.
Restricted Businesses
The following categories of businesses and business practices are restricted from using the Podz platform. Users and Creators must not attempt to create Podz or submit payments to these restricted payments will ("Restricted Businesses"). Restricted Business categories may be imposed through our Payment Provider, Stripe, or the requirements of their Financial Services Providers. Businesses that offer illegal products or services are never eligible to use our Services. The types of businesses listed in the right column are representative, but not exhaustive. If you are uncertain as to whether your business is a Restricted Business, or have questions about how these requirements apply to you, please contact us.
By registering with us, you are confirming that you will not use the Service to accept payments in connection with the following businesses, business activities, or business practices, unless you have received prior written approval from us. It is prohibited to use the Service for any dealings, engagement, or sale of goods/services linked directly or indirectly with jurisdictions our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe has deemed high risk, such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions, or persons Stripe has deemed high risk, such as those individuals or entities named to a restricted person or party list of the U.S., United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations, including the sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control or the Denied Persons List or Entity List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, is prohibited. Additionally, it is prohibited to use Podz’ services to directly or indirectly export, reexport, sell, or supply accounting, trust and corporate formation, or management consulting services to any person located in the Russian Federation.
My Fave Places retains the right to remove Podz content and creators without notice.

Religious or Psychic Content

Podz cannot exploit sensitive religious issues for commercial gain or promote extreme religious agendas or any known associations with hate, criminal or terrorist activities. Podz may not insult any ideology or utilize religious symbols or motifs in a way that is considered in poor taste. Creators can mention their faith but cannot create Podz explicitly promoting a religious belief or religious cause. For example:
