Cancellations

You can cancel anytime.

Your subscription auto-renews on an annual basis, and you will incur the cost for the subscription until you explicitly cancel your subscription by logging into your account at SMS Billing Account (under Resources) and canceling your subscription. A pop-up window will appear where you can sign in and cancel future subscriptions.

  • If you forgot your account password, tap the Sign Out button and a Forgot Password will appear where you can reset and access your billing account.

Please note, customer accounts that are closed due to SMS Legal or Compliance breaches will be ineligible for any refund. As part your agreement to Terms of Use during account set up, you agreed to comply with the industry rules and Usage Policy.

Moving up or down plan levels

If you wish to change plan levels (moving up or down credit levels) or type (monthly or pre-paid annual), please contact us and we’ll arrange that for you.

We monitor usage and will also contact you if we determine the plan is not the right fit for your average usage levels (typically average use over a 3-month period).


Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. It typically takes time for new users to build their SMS customer subscription lists. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. However, you can cancel remaining plan installments by going to SMS Billing Account, so you will not incur further charges. If you purchased an annual plan, we can refund the remainder of unused months. Please contact us at [email protected]

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also contact you to discuss the refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Refunds are generally prorated depending how many days are left in your plan.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase / contact details of person who placed the original order.

If you have purchased goods or service through one of our affiliated partners, please contact them directly to discuss refunds or exchanges.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be fully refunded. However, you can cancel any future installments.
